Delicious coffee. My instant favorite.

I met Esther at Berkeley Ironworks when she was there sharing her coffee, and I really enjoyed talking with her. Her story - Berkeley connection and Indonesian roots resonated with me, and I felt an affinity for what she’s creating. She was so kind, easy to talk to, and I appreciated how genuinely she answered our questions.

I bought a bag of Resonance as a gift for a friend-loved the unique coffee names, they made the gift even more thoughtful!

For me, Vero is the anchor in my coffee collection. Something you want to reach for when you just want a cup of good consistent, solid cup of coffee with approachable flavors that won't have you asking any questions.

While notes are different for everyone, my notes for Vero surround a nose of vanilla wafer, honey and malt milk chocolate, a palate of heavily toasted rice, roasted barley and 90% cocoa.

Treehouse is beautifully light, floral, and citrus-y. Perfect in my pour overs and drip preparations.

I usually gravitate toward richer coffees, but this completely changed my mind about lighter roasts. It’s bright, clean, and incredibly refined without being acidic or harsh. The flavors are subtle but memorable, and it’s one of the most enjoyable cups I’ve had in a long time.

What impressed me most is how balanced this coffee is. You get the deep chocolate foundation, a subtle brightness, and a clean finish that lingers without bitterness. It’s obvious a lot of care went into sourcing and roasting these beans. Outstanding coffee. Great as a cold brew as well.

It's pretty good! I use it with my Aeropress as a drip coffee, and for milky latte's. Yes I make espresso drinks. 😎
